If I'm going to eat junk anyway - why not work around it! The main idea is to not eat real meals and instead substitute fruit cake, buttertarts, shortbread, chocolates etc. You get the idea.
For the last week or so with the desserts at the office and Christmas parties - this is what I've been doing.
Normal breakfast of toast + PB
Light lunch of coleslaw/fruit with some dried fruit or a few nuts
Dessert/party pig out!
Steamed or sauteed veggies for dinner or snack at night
