Where is the cheap & tasty Mexican food in Toronto?

Like how come steel plant towns in the middle of no-where Minnesota, Alabama or Ohio have tasty, cheap and somewhat authentic (at least in my never really travelled to Mexico opinion) food joints and Toronto does not?
