I just got back from 6 days of kayak action. The real star of my camping cooking was a home-made egg mcmuffin.
Toast up a mini whole wheat pita break pita or two, scramble an egg or two with salt and pepper, layer eggs between pita with a slice or two of black diamond cheddar cheese slices. Good for really any meal! Mmmm....no more eggs till next year.......
