Sheraton in Birmingham

I spent most of this week in alabama in a course on electric furnace steelmaking. Yeah, I know, pretty exciting stuff! Lots of the meals were catered, all pretty decent and they actually made me special veggie stuff.

I had grits for the first time ever, kind of like mildly salty cream of wheat with a bit more texture. Pretty tasty stuff with some brown sugar. Now, must try and find them in TO. Perhaps will go to whole foods this weekend and use up the rest of my $15 gift certificate!
