Hummus Expiry Recommendations

In terms of hummus expiry we generally stick to two to three days for homemade hummus. For purchased hummus I go by the if it looks fine eat it rule. If it has a date then I generally do not betray that best before recommendation. In an upcoming post we'll try to talk about this more extensively
