Dinner at Home - Mix-up

We went healthy for dinner tonight:
  • Couscous salad with lentils, fresh mint, raisins, olive oil, lemon juice, cinnamon.
  • Steamed kale with a bit of soy sauce & red wine vinegar for flavor
  • Whole wheat bread made in our machine
  • Roasted veg - sweet potato, squash, onion, beets, zucchini, green pepper, brussel sprouts


Ian cannot resist making his meal into a sandwich. He's got some chicken on there too.
