Piatta

The office crowd went out for some Christmas lunch action to Piatta on Dundas East of Mississauga Road. A bit pricey, but pretty tasty. I had very tasty penne with mushrooms. Others had good looking pieces of fish and veal. Deserts and appetizers were also good.

Since I'm on a roll...(he he he) I also when to Piatto Bistro and had the salmon. It was so-o-o good, it was a bit caramelized - just the way my hubby makes it on the BBQ. I regret not having had the tomato & fennel soup. Always afraid if I have appetizer, I won't have room for the 'real' food.
A little warning for the bunny lovers, I understand this resto serves rabbit but apparently, not in December so we were safe. I give them my two wooden spoons up.
